| Our Lady of Perpetual Help is a parish of the Diocese
of Norwich in the Roman Catholic Church and is committed to the Gospel
of Jesus Christ, the Son of God and the Son of Mary, our patroness.
Originally established to serve the Polish Immigrants of the greater
New London area, Our Lady of Perpetual Help parish seeks to preserve
its cultural heritage through polish customs and practices in accord
with Catholic life and often within the context of the liturgical
year. At the same time, this parish welcomes all friends and neighbors
who seek to know and practice their Faith as members of the Roman
Catholic Church in a historic, loving, and growing Catholic community.
This is carried out through:
- Quality liturgies of the Roman Catholic Church
- Religious Education Programs
- The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA)
- Care of the Sick
- Parish Societies
- Outreach programs to the needy
- A Crusade of Prayer for Vocations to the Priesthood and
Religious Life
- Disciples in Mission scriptural program
