If you have not given, please do so as soon as possible.

Thank you to Kyle Palmer !
As a member of Boy Scout Troop 93, Kyle Palmer planned, organized and carried out a re-landscape project on the southwest side of the church, as his Eagle project.  His troop members, about 10 scouts and 9 parents/family and friends, helped him.  The project took a weekend and a half to complete.  Thank you, Kyle, very much for enhancing the church property.

Pastoral Sharing
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
Thank you very much for all that you do glorifying God and His church.  There are lots of things happening in this world.  We need to pray for peace in the world.  There is a small prayer available in the bulletin.  I wish we all pray this prayer after communion.
The theme for today’s reading:
The gift of faith is celebrated in the readings chosen for this Sunday.  “Faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.”
Faith is an overwhelming power no matter how weak it may seem.  Given half a chance it will take over and direct our lives, comforting us when we are discouraged and challenging us when we are complacent.
Peace.
Fr. Mariadas J. Lipton
